This Privacy Policy explains how Third Pass ("Third Pass," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Third Pass mobile application, the website at 3rdpass.com, and any related services (together, the "Service").

Third Pass is a United States-based service that helps people find cafés, coworking spaces, libraries, and quiet corners to work from, with live availability and amenity information. Third Pass also includes Desk Buddies, an optional feature that lets you show other members you are free to work alongside someone nearby, plan work dates, join groups, and message people you have connected with.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. Third Pass does not process payments at this time. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update this policy and notify you before any payment-related data is collected.

Third Pass operates the Service. We are responsible for the personal information we collect and process about you.
